Port Mapper

Hi Y'all,

Didn't get a chance to access the internet for a long time. Anyhow today i've posted a program that is used to find opened ports of a system. May not work perfectly but altleast gives an idea on how to do it. Pls do comment if you have any issues. Need to have referece to MSWINSCK.ocx.
